Our Process
Clean the Pavers and Apply Sand, If Needed
Our process includes pressure cleaning/soft washing the pavers to remove stubborn stains, dirt, mildew, and algae before applying the sealer. If the joints between the pavers are low on sand, we will add sand as needed.
Apply the Sealant
Apply 1 to 2 coats of semi-gloss or glossy professional grade sealer. The sealer lasts for an average of 2 to 3 years before re-application is recommended depending on amount of usage and direct sunlight.
Allow to Dry Completely
After sealing, pavers may be dry to touch after 3-4 hours. The manufacturer recommends not walking on newly sealed surfaces for a minimum of 24-48 hours. They also recommend not to drive or park on the newly sealed surface until it is completely cured, 72 hour minimum, 1 week preferably.
